GO RITEWAY STUDENT TRANSPORTATION

This form is required each year, even if your child was bussed in the last year, to ensure we have correct pick up and drop off information.  Transportation forms are required to be completed by July 30, 2023 to guarantee routing the first week of school.  Late applications on current routes will take a minimum of 3 days for transportation.  An address not on a current route may be required to utilize a corner stop nearest to that route.

IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CHILDREN IN YOUR FAMILY, YOU WILL NEED TO FILL OUT A REGISTRATION FORM FOR EACH CHILD.
